ATTN CONTENT OWNERS, FILMMAKERS & FILM FANS:

NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION AGAINST JONATHAN HLIBKA
Projection Booth Cinemas was opened as the film exhibition and event production arm of Studio Film Group- an incorporated company.  Somewhere along the way, Mr. Hlibka apparently decided that he was the sole proprietor and it became clear that he had been taking company funds into his personal bank account.

Mr. Hlibka has used physical intimidation and harassment to deny Projection Booth owners access to assets.  Legal action was unavoidable.  Mr. Hlibka's attempts to hijack Projection Booth social assets - including Facebook, Twitter and the Website were also thwarted prompting him to announce a so-called "name change."

Mr. Hlibka continues to hold hostage and generate revenue from the assets of our corporation, including well deserving indie films that were scheduled for release as part of our distribution arm.

This so-called name change is nothing more than an attempt to continue to muddy the waters and leverage our brand and reputation for personal enrichment under Mr. Hlibka's newly formed private corporation Hlibka Entertainment Inc.
All films, events and festivals at "Big Picture Cinemas" are potentially subject to this legal action, and knowingly aiding Mr. Hlibka in unjustly enriching himself at the expense of the corporation can expose filmmakers, distributors and event promoters to legal action.

UNPAID CONTENT OWNERS are urged to pursue the matter with Mr. Hlibka directly.
